Technical characteristics:

(1) electrical control system: MITSUBISHI PLC computer with machine interface (Chinese + English) control, touch screen, all the process set, change, retrieval, monitoring, fault and other functions can rely on the touch screen to achieve durable components.

(2) hydraulic system: proportional pressure control, equipped with imported brand-name hydraulic components, stable and reliable.

(3) plasticizing system: efficient plasticizing and mixing screw, to ensure that plastic plasticization is uniform, uniform, reliable.

(4) speed control system: frequency conversion speed + alloy steel hard tooth surface reducer, smooth speed, low noise, durable.

(5) opening and closing dies. Die shifting system: double linear guide, translational die, central locking die opening and closing mechanism, to ensure long-term use. The clamping force is balanced without deformation, and the fast shifting mechanism is adopted. The hydraulic buffer is fast in position, high in accuracy and stable in position.

(6) blowing needle frame: the whole square type blowing needle holder, firm does not shift, ensure smooth cutting products.
